Learning Profile Session

Before regular sessions begin, we meet virtually for a dedicated intake conversation to understand your child’s learning history, goals, strengths, and interests. This conversation informs every session that follows, ensuring we make the most of our time with your child.

Policies

Cancellation

24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full. Rescheduling availability is not guaranteed.

Payment

Invoices are issued at the time of booking. Payment for single sessions are due 24 hours in advance of the session. Late payments will incur a $10 fee.

Travel

In-person availability varies by location. Travel within the Chicagoland area is accommodated on a case-by-case basis based on educator availability. To check availability, please book a free 15-minute consultation.

Rate Review

Rates are reviewed annually. Existing clients receive advanced notice of any changes before they take effect.
